Special K Diet

I've been looking for a way to lose a bit of weight. Now I'm not exactly rolling in the dollah, so I can't afford to buy lots of healthy food. It's a fact that healthy food is god damn expensive! I wanted to find something that also fitted around a busy schedule at work and I could bring in for my lunch. Then it hit me! The Special K diet! Perfect way to lose weight effectively, I could easily bring it in for lunch time as it requires no preperation, it's not expensive.

So I've started this diet today and hopefully will run it for a month rather than 2 weeks. I'm thinking the plan goes like this most days

• Bowl of Special K for breakfast
• Piece of fruit for morning snack
• Bowl of Special K for lunch
• Yogurt for afternoon snack
• Soup or something similar for dinner
• Another yogurt for evening snack

This is what I had today and hopefully I'll be able to keep it up. There will be off days where pizza may sneak into dinner time but I honestly don't mind, it's got to be better than my previous eating habits! I'll let you know how it goes. I don't have scales but if I do feel thinner/healthier at the end of this then that's even better.
